“Usually, my reviews center around dining, but I had to offer one for CCS. I thought I was pretty decent at keeping a clean home, but when someone comes in and cleans it THAT WELL, then it almost feels embarrassing 😳. I was a little worried at first being on a teacher’s salary and a single parent, but the service is affordable, and to be very upfront and honest, I just don’t feel like cleaning when I get home from work and I am tired of spending half of my weekend catching up on it when I could be spending time with my daughter (or enjoying myself). I spoke to the owner (Aneliese) and she convinced me that it was affordable and drove home the idea that the cost doesn’t just reflect the service, but the extra time and relief I will get because I don’t have to worry about spending so much of my free time constantly trying to keep up with the mess a teenager can leave behind as well as normal weekly cleaning. It’s a little weird getting used to someone else cleaning for me, but it felt GREAT to come home to a clean house (it’s not like my teen is going to start helping out all of a sudden 🤣). “I called Carolina Cleaning Services and left a message that my wife and I were interested in an estimate for cleaning our house. I got a call back from Aneliese within an hour. It turned out she was meeting with a potential client very close to us so she was able to come right over. My wife and I just loved her right away. We decided to do an initial deep cleaning and then have regular cleanings every two weeks. Aneliese got us on the schedule for our deep cleaning based on a date convenient to us. Today we had two very nice ladies show up right on schedule to perform our deep cleaning. They went right to work and did a wonderful job. I could not be more pleased with them or the job they did. Annalise was quick to provide an estimate and a date to clean. When there was a challenge meeting our agreed-to time, Luis called to reschedule, offering a time on the same day or a different day. I appreciated the flexibility. The cleaners worked hard and left only after the condo was clean. I plan to have Carolina Cleaning Services provide biweekly services while we are in town.
